We accept returns within 30 days of sale provided item is returned within close to initial condition. We provide free shipping for returns within the USA.
Do you offer Warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty for steel and 3yr warranty for Nylon contingent on breakage type outside of regular use.
Do you cover international duties/VAT?
Due to constantly changing tariffs situations in the USA we leave this for the customer.
However we do our best to mark all items down with the most affordable import label type to reduce cost upon import.

Who designs these?
Our internal team designs and generates each piece at our studio in NYC. But most of the early work and base nodes were done by Swiss Artist Andri Schatz @lifebod.uwu
